Are there going to be any study groups after school for the civil war test on tuesday?
There won't be study groups after school, but Monday's class will be a review session. Come prepared with questions, and I'll help you figure out anything you're not comfortable with.
for the quotes do they need to be from the entire book...because in my book, i found all the best quotes in the preface (since my book has a different story in each chapter and the preface gave a general overview of the book)?
& is it allright if i have quotes in the second and third paragraphs?
The quotes should highlight important plot points from throughout the book - think about it as a good way of showing me that you actually read the whole thing, and not just the preface.
The quotes don't need to be long, block quotes, and you can have more than three, so if you can use several shorter quotes from each section, that might help.
You should only have quotes in the first paragraph, which will be longer than your other two written paragraphs.
