@#$%^$%
I turned in my essay and citations before I was done w/ my citations...I didn't realize it until after it was submited.
I'm going to turn it in again w/ the finished citations. Is that ok?
I have all my facts but i am confused on how exactly to analyze them like what ur supposed to talk about while ur analyzing them
if u could give me a general idea of what im supposed to say when analyzing then that would be very appreciated
Re:@#$%^$% I think you can re-submit your essay up until the due date, I'm not sure. Give it a shot, and email it to me as well, just in case.
Re: Facts/analysis: You want to tell me why a fact is significant, how it relates to your topic sentence and/or thesis, why it's important to your argument. Be explicit - explain in detail, even if you think something is obvious.
how were we suposed to do the citations on the facts again?

Use MLA in-text citations. See the handout for reference, or one of the Citation links on the right sidebar of this blog.
i forgot, what is the anchor statement?
Dear Anonymous,
An anchor statement is at the end of the body paragraph and it sums that paragraph's idea with the thesis of the paper.
Hope this helps,
Another Anonymous person
THAT ANONYMOUS IS GIVING THE OTHER ANONYMOUS FALSE ANONYMOUS INFORMATIONS
now an anchor statement is like a boat anchor. it drags the essay down to the bottom of the sea, ending it forever and leaving a big boom which summarizes the boat, was a big mother chugger? or a small petite fella. hope it helps anonymous person
from a RIGHT anonymous person
p.s ms. shea dont u dare delete this!
please...
what if there is no author on the website? what do we put?
If there's not an owner to a website what to we do for that part of the citation?
Re: Citations....
If there's no author for a website, use the name of the webpage title in quotations marks. Refer to the handout.
If there's no OWNER, use the site name as a default. (i.e. ElizabethanEngland.Org).
Ok, I resubmited it and it took it. Thanks! =D
